Welcome to Yam Studio ("we," "our," "the Service"). By connecting your TikTok account or otherwise using this Service, you agree to the following terms.

1. Description of Service

Yam Studio is a content scheduling and publishing tool. It allows an authorized account owner to prepare, review, and publish content — including video and image posts — to their TikTok account through TikTok's official Content Posting API.

2. Eligibility

You must have a TikTok account in good standing and meet TikTok's own minimum age and eligibility requirements to use this Service in connection with TikTok.

3. Authorization and Account Access

You authorize this Service to access your TikTok account solely through TikTok's official OAuth 2.0 process.
You may revoke this authorization at any time through TikTok's app permissions settings.
We will only publish content that has been prepared or approved through the Service's workflow.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use this Service to:

Publish content that violates TikTok's Community Guidelines or Terms of Service.
Publish spam, misleading content, or content that infringes on the intellectual property or rights of others.
Attempt to circumvent TikTok's rate limits, content policies, or platform restrictions.
Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

5. Content Ownership

You retain all ownership rights over content you create and publish through the Service. We do not claim any ownership over your content. You are solely responsible for the content you choose to publish.

6. Compliance with TikTok's Policies

This Service operates in accordance with TikTok's Developer Terms of Service and API Terms of Use. Any account-level or content-level violations of TikTok's own policies are subject to enforcement directly by TikTok, independent of this Service.

7. Service Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Service. Features depending on TikTok's API are subject to TikTok's own uptime, rate limits, and policy changes, which may affect functionality at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to content publishing errors, delays, or account restrictions imposed by TikTok.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service for any account found to be in violation of these Terms or TikTok's policies.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
