Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Yam Content Studio (the "App"), a content scheduling tool that allows a single creator or brand to plan, prepare, and publish content to their own connected social media account(s), including TikTok. By connecting your account to the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of Service

The App allows an authenticated user to prepare content (text, images, or video) and schedule it for publishing to a TikTok account that the user owns or is authorized to manage. The App acts on the user's explicit instructions and does not independently create or publish content without the account owner's configuration.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, and must have the legal right to manage the TikTok account you connect to the App. By using the App, you confirm you meet these requirements.

3. Account Connection and Authorization

• You authorize the App to access your TikTok account solely through TikTok's official OAuth process.
• You are responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of content scheduled through the App.
• You may revoke the App's access at any time through your TikTok account settings.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App to:

• Violate TikTok's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, or Developer Terms.
• Post content that is unlawful, infringing, misleading, or harmful.
• Circumvent posting limits, spam accounts, or use the App to manage accounts you are not authorized to control.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or overload the App's infrastructure or TikTok's API.

5. Compliance with TikTok Platform Policies

The App is designed to operate within TikTok's Content Posting API requirements, including required creator-eligibility checks before each publish action. Continued use of the App is contingent on compliance with TikTok's evolving platform policies, and functionality may be adjusted or suspended if required by TikTok.

6. Content Ownership

You retain all ownership rights to content you create and publish through the App. The App does not claim any ownership over your content and uses it only to perform the scheduling and publishing actions you request.

7. Service Availability

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and are not liable for posting failures caused by TikTok API downtime, token expiration, network interruptions, or other factors outside our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator of the App is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to lost content, missed posting schedules, or account restrictions imposed by TikTok.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if these Terms are violated or if required to comply with TikTok's platform policies. You may stop using the App at any time by disconnecting your account.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
